Mitsubishi A6M Zero:The Predator of the Skies

So we all have something were scared of right, its just human nature to have fear. Fear can be a good thing because it keeps us on the alert. Back in the early stages of WWII The Mitsubishi A6M “Zero” was what kept the allies on the alert. The Zero was a long-range fighter that was deployed by the Imperial Japanese Navy Air Service (IJNAS) from 1940-1945 in the Pacific Theater. It was designated as the Mitsubishi Navy Type 0 Carrier Fighter (零式艦上戦闘機 rei-shiki-kanjō-sentōki) or the Mitsubishi A6M Rei-sen. The pilots of the A6M would commonly refer to it as the “Reisen” (Zero Fighter).

When it was originally introduced early in the war, it was considered to be the most capable carrier-based fighter in the world. It combined excellent maneuverability and a very long range. Early in the war the Zero quickly built a legendary reputation, as a dogfighter. Its kill ratio was a jaw dropping 12:1. So for every 12 Allied planes the Zero pilots killed, one Zero was killed. The men who piloted the Zeros in the early part of the war in the Pacific were the best the IJNAS had to offer. They were the most lethal aces the IJNAS had.

The Japanese really pushed production on the Zero. They built a total of 10,939 aircraft. The Zero used a Nakajima Sakae Radial Engine. The Nakajima Sakae was a two-row, 14-cylinder, air-cooled  engine. This gave the Zero a top speed of 332 Mph. Its armament consisted of two 20 mm cannons, two 7.7 mm machine guns, and two 30 kg and 60 kg bombs.

Even though the Zero was such an incredible machine, it soon became outdated. The allies quickly pushed production on new aircraft capable of matching or even out doing the Zeros performance. The Grumman F6F Hellcat, became known as the “Zero Killer” when it was deployed. The Zeros major problem was that it lacked any sort of armor or protection. A Zero was easy prey for the Hellcat. Even though it had such a good start the Zero became outdated and the IJNAS stopped making newer aircraft to replace it. By the last year of the war the Zero had become so obsolete, that the IJNAS in its desperation began to use it in Kamikaze strikes (suicide strikes). But either way the Zero has left its mark on history and on the Pacific Theater.

Messerschmitt ME 262: Revolutionizing Aerial Combat.

Whenever a machine comes around, that revolutionizes something, it is always renowned. The ME 262, was one of those machines. It was the first jet to ever soar the skies. The ME 262 was a German first-generation jet fighter. When it first saw combat in April 1944, it quickly became feared by the Allies. Before it no one knew what a jet was, it was such an advancement flight itself, that the Allies had nothing comparable to it.

Whenever a machine comes around, that revolutionizes something, it is always renowned.

The ME 262 saw limited combat, due to it being introduced late in the war. But in the time it did see action, ME 262 pilots claimed a total of 542 Allied kills. The ME 262 used dual Junkers Jumo 004 axial-flown turbojet engines. The ME 262 also was more heavily armed than most allied aircraft. Most allied aircraft really didn’t stand a chance. The Messerschmitt ME carried various roles. Such as light bomber, recon, fighter, and even experimental night fighter. The ME 262 flew for the Luftwaffe, during the war. A total of 1,430 were built. But even this steel bird was kill able. The Allies quickly designed tactics to kill as many ME 262 as possible. When in the air the ME 262 reigned, there was little chance for an allied aircraft to beat an ME 262 in a dog fight. Not only because of how advanced it was, but also because only the best pilots were flying these birds. So the Allies began to attack air strips/bases to destroy the ME 262, while it was on the ground. During the end of the war  Allied forces began to attack ME 262 factories to keep them from being produced.  This beauty retired with the end of the war in 1945. Once the war was over, the Allied powers rushed in to take as many of these as possible. They wanted to study the technology and incorporate it into their own aircraft. As a part of the USAAF’s  Operation Lusty many ME 262 were swept up by the US.

Even though this aircraft was so advanced and game changing, it did little to actually impact the end of the war. The biggest flaw of the ME 262, was that it was introduced so late in the war. If they had been introduced earlier who knows what could have happened, and if it really would have made an impact or not.

We The People

America was and is a nation founded by the people for the people. We were given certain rights no other country ever gave to it’s people. This nation was founded on God fearing principles yet our morals and values are slowly fading away. From early on, our nation’s laws followed those of ancient Israel. We prospered in those early years, we became the richest and most powerful nation on the face on the earth. But what happened to all that?

This nation was founded on God fearing principles yet our morals and values are slowly fading away.

The way I see it America has been turning it’s back on God, and the ways of our forefathers. Have you ever heard that saying “To know the future, you must know the past” or “The past repeats itself”. It’s true, when Israel started turning it’s back on the way’s of their forefathers, on the morals God had set upon them, that’s when they began to fall apart. That’s History and if you don’t believe me you can check it out for yourself. Two books, I would recommend to read if this interests you is “The Harbinger” by Jonathan Cahn and “The Mystery of The Shemitah” by Jonathan Cahn.

America when it followed the morals and principles of God, was prospering. No other nation compared to it. We won two world wars back to back, we were building the world’s tallest towers, had the best economy, and the most powerful military. I don’t know if you find it curious that the year America lost in Vietnam was the same year abortion was legalized, that year was 1973 (The Peace Treaties were signed, The War didn’t technically end until 1975, with the surrender of Saigon). That was the first war the US ever lost. I don’t know if you see the connection here, but abortion is a practice condemned in the Bible as a form of murder. That is what it is, the murder of innocent blood.

Henry Kissinger signs the Paris Peace Accords on January 27, 1973 in Paris. The war ended on April 30, 1975, with the surrender of Saigon to communist forces, ending the United States involvement in Vietnam.

America has turned it’s back on God, with every passing day we see things that were once considered atrocities, are now considered normal. What happened to us? the purpose of this post is to try and show people the path out nation is on. I love this country, but we need to fix what is wrong.

What Happened to Us?

We need to unite to fix the issue, like it says in the Constitution, “We The People”. That phrase means we must stand together. A house divided crumbles, A house united stands.

A House Divided Crumbles, A House United Stands.

NEED FOR FIREPOWER!!

So, I hope by now everybody understands the simple fact that a car is a normal item for everyone to have right. And then there are those gear-heads or grease monkeys, whatever you wanna call them who have A LOT of cars. Now don’t get me wrong, I LOVE cars and bikes (especially those beautiful things called Harley-Davidson’s).

But anyways that is not the point. What if I could offer you a vehicle that does everything a car can do but BETTER. What if I told you there is one type of vehicle that just screams “I AM AN AMERICAN, HOORAH!!”. If you really want a true ride that’ll have heads spinning then you might want to take me up on my offer. Now if your anti-guns and all that hippie nonsense, just stop reading cause you probably won’t like were this is heading. Forget “Need For Speed” and say hello to “Need For Firepower”. Once you go there, there is no going back.

If every American, were to drive this:
Then you already know all the benefits it would have toward society. It would make crime drop, (I don’t think anyone is stupid enough to mess with someone that owns one of these). It would make the streets safer (no one will every try anything if these puppies are rolling down the street always). It would also be a safer means of transport for your family (It would take some VERY VERY serious firepower to even dent this monster).
So if you ever have the budget for a $4.3 Million Tank make sure you pick up one of these. Oh and another thing you can’t pick one of these up yet, even if you have the money since it is such a new tank that still has most of its specs classified. But either way I hope you enjoyed this blog. And if your interested in cars make sure to check the blog of a friend of mines at http://japanesedomesticmarkets.wordpress.com/

Tortoise and The Hare

OK, So I hope everyone here has heard the story about the Tortoise and the Hare. If not well, I wonder how you passed pre-k. So guys, we all know that men always find a way to make children’s stories more thrilling. So for those who are young at heart, I’ve found a better alternative to the Tortoise and The Hare.

So the Brits had the right idea with what a true tortoise should look like. This beauty is     the British Tortoise Super Heavy Tank. This beauty is the definition of slow but deadly. So lets also change the part about the Hare ever stopping. The Hare never stopped, Ladies and Gentlemen. And that’s because it was running for its life.

This is the German Panzer 4 Medium Tank. The Germans understood that the faster you are the harder it is to hit you and the easier it is to rush the enemy line. But they sacrificed armor for speed. This tank is fast and light but vulnerable to enemy fire. And the damage that steel wall called the tortoise deals out is no joke. Not only does it deal immense amounts of damage but it also is practically impenetrable, it would take a super heavy TD (Tank Destroyer) to do damage to its shell. So we all know how the story ends. The Tortoise wins but not because of patience but thanks to its 94 mm gun ( or if you want to use its other name the 32 pounder QF Ordnance).

This here is a 20 pounder QF ( I could not find a picture of a 32 pounder on the internet). But this is to give you a perspective. A 32 would make this 20 pounder look like child’s play. So thanks to its 32 QF, the tortoise said bye-bye to the panzer with a boom and won the race. So whats the morale of this story, you may ask. A 32 pounder is freaking awesome, that’s what it is.
